Overview
Commercial Banking saw an influx of new leaders rising through the organisation, as well as new employees joining from external hiring campaigns. A need was identified for consistent and proactive management, with support required in their foundation of the first 90 days in-role.
Role
Full creative control over the concept and visual design. We were tasked with creating a working and deployable solution within 30 days.
Challenge
A mix of self-driven, experiential and designated content had not been as prominent at this level previously.
Product
We opted for a micro cohort-driven approach, where small groups would support and challenge each other, whilst embarking on their journey together.
As the program progressed, we included alumni from the First90 program, to share real stories and experiences.
The product focused around an internal microsite, specifically designed within the HSBC brand guidelines, but more modernised. In-person and virtual catchups are part of both the scheduled and experiential menus, so the cohorts can engage with not just those in their region or physical locality, but to get a broader and more holistic approach to management and leadership within their function and their business.
