Exploring Change

A global FMCG brand engaged us to develop a program supporting 50,000 employees across 15+ countries, equipping them to navigate ongoing disruption and change within their organisation.

Task

An organisation that handed seen this level of change in their product, workforce or structure in over 100 years. Our goal was to support a global workforce, in a wide range of roles, to understand, begin to feel comfortable and become pragmatic about how they will handle change in their organisation as a whole, but also on a very personal level too.

Users worked in their current
team structure, with a dual
purpose
of exploring the topics
and supporting each other,
creating some lovely peer-to-
peer coaching
moments.

This was a deeply personal program for many. Pilot groups across the EU, Australia and UK noted an increase in positive team dynamics and a greater feeling of psychological safety as a result.

Structuring the program for employees to work together alongside their daily tasks, meant no drop in productivity. Private and safe spaces within the program were created, for deeply personal reflection and logging of information – with restricted or no access beyond the author.

At the end of each stage, they logged a memory that
became part of the story of their transformation. These
memories not only highlighted their growth, but also helped
shape their very personal toolkit for navigating change.
