A new Commercial-facing department had been created, requiring a new brand creation and digital home for all things skills, career and department-facing news.

Task

A new department, was forming, whilst at the same time is moving ahead with business-critical work, meant a lot of fluid ideas and inputs. A fantastic core team partnered with us on navigating their internal audience, whilst keeping the voice of their customer top of mind for all activities.

Standardising the colour palette and fonts with the external brand helped create the connection we needed for employees.

Closer alignment in colour gave us more freedom to experiment with shapes and storytelling through other brand elements.
