Learning at ST

As part of an overhaul of the ST Microelectronics HR rebranding campaign, ‘Learning at ST’ is the first drop from the new look HR. Bold, modern and focused on learning in the flow of work. Branding with a clear story and purpose.

Task

As part of an ongoing HR rebrand, ‘Learning at ST’ is the first of the new brand families within the organisation. It represents a strong brand story from the Learning CoE, designed to engage over 45,000 employees across 40+ countries. From 2025, a focus on skills and personal development has come from the very top of the organisation.

As part of the wider HR brand refresh, it was essential to ensure the design aligns with ST’s identity.

While a strong commercial visual identity exists externally, employees need to feel a connection to each other, their products, and their customers, through the seamless integration of the brands.

We worked closely with the internal branding and communications teams to ensure every brand touchpoint was covered, including online portals, documents, and individual and team communications.

Clear guidelines were established, allowing for structured yet flexible customisation.

Standardising the colour palette and fonts with the external brand helped create the connection we needed for employees.

Closer alignment in colour gave us more freedom to experiment with shapes and storytelling through other brand elements.
