Smoke-Free University
The Smoke-Free University within Philip Morris International approached us to revamp their LXP community. They wanted not only a visual overhaul, but also an improved user experience for navigation. Additionally, they sought a more efficient way for their internal team to maintain their online presence and host company-wide updates on their smoke-free products, science and knowledge-sharing.
Task
We followed our product design process; mapping out the current situation, journeys and understanding where users were dropping off. The goal was to help users see the breadth of self-service content and cohort-based programs available, without long session times and dated UI.
